I’m so grateful to discover this brand! I have been wearing period pants from other brands for years but have never found any that are perfectly leakproof — until now, thanks to these classic briefs from Fri Period! For the first time in forever, I now have a reliable pair of period undies where I don’t need to have backup pads on hand. I can wear these with confidence all day long.
I'd been wanting to try period underwear and then a friend got me these. I was nervous at first but they absolutely do the job and are so comfy to wear. Washing is easy and they come out like new each time. Plus the print is really cute. I'm def gonna get more!
I sized up, as suggested by a friend, and am very happy with the fit. I went for the size XL and I am normally a US size 10 (AU size 14). This style (the Classic) provides nice full-bum, high-waisted coverage, and gives me the secure feeling I have been craving from period pants. I am especially appreciative of the additional front coverage. Front-bleeding is a thing! No other brand seems to cater to this and I constantly leak out the front of the gusset (and sides) in other brands — and finally these do cater to this and there have been ZERO leaks — hooray! I have now gone and ordered a bunch more and can do away with my old period pants from other more-expensive, well-known brands. The cotton fabric is really nice and soft too. I'm a total convert. Thank you, Fri Period, for creating these.
The last thing I want on my period is more discomfort. This underwear has made this time of the month so much more comfortable.

These are my new faves. I’ve tried a few different period panties but Fri Period is the nicest - the material is soft and the print on the inside is a nice touch.
My period is pretty heavy and these did the job. They were comfortable and leak-free all day. Also really like wearing them at night as doesn’t “feel” like I’m wearing everything. Definitely recommend.
I waited to go through two cycles prior to reviewing. I wore the medium-heavy flow full brief underwear on both a medium/light day, as well as on a heavy day. They are very comfortable and held everything in with no leaking. They are easy to care for and washed well. It is great to purchase a sustainable product that is also packaged in sustainable, compostable packaging! I will definitely be purchasing again!
I bought these to wear at night while I sleep during my heavy days. Wearing these prevents me from having to get up in the middle of the night, which is wonderful! Personally, I wouldn’t be comfortable in these during the day as the crotch width is wider than I prefer. They are perfect for what I’m using them for.
I bought a pair of these for heavy flow days and they were just what I needed - especially for night time as they are so comfortable and no need to worry about leakage! I've used re-usable pads before, but these definitely work better in terms of comfort, duration of use, and bonus they mean no unsightly bulges in your knickers and they look great! They are easy to wash too.
I bought a pair of these for lower flow days, and they work perfectly! So comfortable for all day/all night wear, no leaks, no odour and no worrying that other people know I'm on my period while I'm wearing them as there are no unsightly bulges! I've also washed them loads of times now with no change in their quality- would recommend for anyone looking to have a more sustainable and comfortable period.
I absolutely love these period panties! I ordered a medium and they fit perfectly. I am normally a size 6 in pants. I ordered the medium/heavy flow and I was able to wear them overnight and throughout the day without any worry. They are very comfortable and keep you dry. I 100% recommend these. I will be purchasing more!
The product is awesome. I was holding off providing a review because I wanted to see how absorbent it was... turns out, I couldn't tell, because it's so incredibly absorbent!!!! They are miles comfier and cooler than modibody, which I had before.

I also bought these. I've got a heavier flow so prefer the medium-heavy flow version but these were awesome for days 3-6 of my period and did the job with zero leaking. Really soft and comfortable - it feels like you're wearing your fave cotton panties (which is what I want when I'm on my period)!
This was my first time trying period underwear and I'm a convert. I was reluctant to try before because I thought cleaning them would be a hassle but it's so easy. The actual panties are really soft and the padding doesn't feel at all bulky. Quality is good and I love the eco packaging. Will buy again.
I am blown away by the comfort of this underwear. They don’t feel bulky like some other brands do, and they’re so much better (and more secure) than wearing pads! I’m spreading the word about this brand. They’re a lot less expensive than other brands I’ve tried which didn’t perform as well.
I bought these in both the light-medium flow and the medium-heavy flow and I have been impressed with both! The fabric is so soft and I appreciate the full-bum coverage. The printed gusset is a cute touch too. I feel comfortable and secure when I wear these, no matter how heavy my period is — and I haven’t had to contend with any leaks! I’m really impressed with this brand and will be purchasing more!
